Temperature and Humidity Monitoring in the Dairy Product Production Line


During the dairy product production, the temperature and humidity must be strictly controlled within specific ranges, to ensure a stable fermentation process and prevent spoilage or imbalance of components. The temperature and humidity conditions directly affect the quality of dairy products.

Real-time monitoring and intelligent control

Bluetooth temperature sensors are installed on the production line, which continuously collect temperature and humidity data all the day, and automatically transfer data to the gateway.

The gateway then transfers the data to Freshliance Cloud via WiFi/4G/LAN network accordingly, and enables users to get data via a mobile phone and a computer remotely. 

Data analysis and early warning

The system analyzes the data through advanced algorithms, displays data in graphs and tables, helping users to quickly get trends. When data are abnormal, the system automatically triggers an alarm and notifies production administrators via email, SMS and APP push notifications. Additionally, BlueTag A100 can be optionally installed around the Bluetooth sensors to realize immediate onsite audible and visual alarm. 

Max. 30 sensors each gateway

Up to 30 sensors can be bound with a gateway. The real-time monitoring system eventually conduct online integrated monitoring of the environments where the sensors are set separately, effectively ensuring the safety of the dairy product.
