To provide safe breeding and roosting sites for birds, especially the endangered species, artificial bird nests are commonly designed in wild bird research and conservation. Moreover, to ensure bird hatching rate and survival rate, it is crucial to monitor and control nesting temperature and humidity. BlueTag TH100 Bluetooth Temperature Sensor, with wireless Bluetooth connectivity and compact design, develops a new, non-invasive method of nest temperature monitoring of bird breeding.

With the mini size of 31.8mm*31.8mm*10.5mm, BlueTag TH100 Bluetooth Temperature Sensor can be easily placed in the confined nests via 3M adhesive tape or hanging. The indicator lights are disabled to prevent bird disturbance.

Working over -30℃ to +70℃ (±0.5℃ F.S.) and 0% to 100% RH (±3.0%RH at 25℃, 0~90% RH), this mini Bluetooth temperature and humidity data logger ensures accurate and reliable environmental tracking, which is critical for scientific studies on incubation behavior, hatchling development, and overall breeding success.
The Bluetooth temperature and humidity data logger allows Bluetooth wireless communication over 22m in open air. Researchers or bird lovers learn from the nest data remotely on a mobile APP within this range, without disturbing the birds. Additionally, data accessed by one user is automatically transferred to cloud and shared with other team members. The recorded data provides details about the habits.

It is flexibly set to record maximum 65,000 readings over the duration of up to 200 days continuously on a single battery, enabling monitoring for the entire incubation and breeding period. The battery is replaceable to ensure operation sustainability and cost efficiency in endless monitoring cycles.
BlueTag TH100 Bluetooth data logger also fits the applications in cold chain storage and transport. Via Bluetooth connectivity, we get data remotely on the mobile APP Tkeeper without opening the containers or packages, etc. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us!
