Tire Storage Environmental Monitoring with WiFi Temperature Sensor

Temperature and humidity control is critical to tires and rubber products. Improper storage can compromise the service life of tires. Tires should be stored in dry warehouses where the temperature is maintained at -10℃ ~ 30℃ and the relative humidity at 50% ~ 80%. In traditional warehouse management, staff are required to manually check and record temperature and humidity data. To simplify the management and provide a more optimal storage environment for tires, Freshliance now automates the tire storage environmental monitoring with the WiFi temperature sensor, COEUS-WiFi.

COEUS-WiFi is a real-time temperature sensor that can be easily integrated with the existing local WiFi network in the warehouse, eliminating the need for additional network wiring and ensuring hassle-free deployment. This WiFi temperature sensor automatically records and uploads data to the cloud via WiFi, facilitating 24/7 uninterrupted online monitoring. Warehouse personnel can easily access and download real-time and historical data via mobile phones and computers, and get real-time alerts for abnormal data conditions through multiple channels including email, SMS and APP push notifications. 

With this WiFi temperature sensor, warehouse personnel can remotely control all devices across different locations with just one click. If needed, users can apply for multi-level administration access to the cloud platform, allowing the super administrator to create and assign multiple sub-accounts with distinct permissions based on different user roles, ensuring data privacy while centralizing data management.

API service is optional, enabling seamless and automated data transmission to users’ customized management platforms.

The WiFi temperature sensor enhances the overall stability and reliability of the temperature and humidity environment of tire storage with real-time data and alerts.
