Real-time Temperature & Humidity Monitoring for Paint Storage

Freshliance developed the real time Temperature & Humidity solutions for Paint Warehouses. Paint is a viscous, oil-based substance that is flammable and difficult to extinguish once ignited. The volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in paint can evaporate under high temperatures, forming flammable vapors. Elevated storage temperatures accelerate VOC evaporation, potentially building pressure that may damage paint can seals and leading to financial losses. Paints quality is also temperature-sensitive. Excessively high or low temperatures can cause spoilage, thickening, or separation. Temperature monitoring ensures stable storage conditions, preserving paint quality and stability.

Real-time environmental monitoring prevents accelerated solvent evaporation caused by excessive temperature and humidity, effectively reducing fire risks by avoiding the formation of flammable vapors. Our WiFi real-time temperature monitoring solution, composed of BlueTag series data loggers and gateway G100-S, can help monitor the temperature & humidity. 

In this system, BlueTag series data loggers record temperature and humidity on site and continuously transmit all data to the G100-S WiFi Bluetooth gateway. And then G100 transmits all the data to the cloud. Each gateway can support up to 20 pieces of configurable Bluetooth loggers. UP to two external probes are available for BlueTag series loggers to monitor ultra-low temperature or other conditions.

Users can remotely check real-time temperature and humidity monitoring, live change and data history. When the temperature or humidity in the warehouse exceeds the alarm point, the system will alarm through APP, SMS, email, etc., to avoid losses. In addition, you can also export PDF&CSV reports at any time. Our reports can be generated by minute, hour, day, or week to meet your differentiated needs.
