BlueTag TH30R delivers accurate data monitoring. The built-in sensor covers -30℃~+70℃ with the high accuracy of ±0.5℃ F.S. and the resolution of 0.1℃; and the optional external probes are available in ranges of -30℃~+70℃/-40℃~+85℃/-90℃~+200℃/-196℃~+200℃. In thermal mapping, temperature sensors should be strategically deployed across the pharmaceuticals warehouse to ensure comprehensive coverage of the warehouse environment, get the real environmental temperatures and the spatial temperature uniformity across different points. While following standardized approaches such as 9-point mapping, additional sensors should be positioned in areas with a higher risk of temperature fluctuation, including corners, doorways, air supply and return vents, loading zones, and other locations affected by external conditions.
Different from conventional temperature loggers, each BlueTag TH30R Bluetooth temperature data sensor flexibly monitors temperature and humidity with the built-in or external probe for thermal mapping. The external probe cable is 2m long, with customizable lengths available up to 5m, 10m, 15m or even 20m. This enables easy sensor placement and precise data capture at corners, air supply and return vents, etc. And the main device can be easily installed via magnetic suction, wall mounting or folding stand.
Batch configuration & data retrieval via APP
Thermal mapping often involves heavy, tedious device configuration and operation. With Bluetooth connectivity, thermal validation engineers easily run the dedicated APP on their mobile phone to add and configure up to 20 Bluetooth temperature data sensors each time, setting verification name, second-level logging interval (1s~60min configurable), start time, recording duration, and adding specific description for each sensor. Once configured, all the thermal mapping sensors execute the logging schedule as configured and log numerous data points with timestamp accuracy. Powered by a rechargeable lithium battery (1000mAh), each sensor delivers an up to 300 days of continuous operation on a single charge, far exceeding the WHO-recommended 7-day mapping duration for pharmaceutical storage.
At the end of data logging, engineers simply stop the verification and download data via the same Bluetooth connection—no docking stations, no USB adapters.

Reliable data integrity, in-depth data analysis & audit-ready reports to email
After recording, the sensors reliably record data, without any risk of data loss, thanks to onboard memory that safeguards every reading. Upon data access via Bluetooth, the APP automatically counts data points, maximum/minimum/average values and the differences—for each individual sensor as well as across multiple sensors, and intuitively display them in PDF and CSV reports, helping validation teams to quickly identify hot spots and cold spots. The reports can be directly shared via email to designated decision makers or interested parties, ensuring timely access to validation results and complete traceability.
The APP also automatically generates a comparison chart, allowing validation engineers to visualize temperature and humidity trends from multiple sensors on a single interactive interface.
Device calibration
Before delivery, each thermal mapping sensor is individually calibrated and verified against reference standards to guarantee measurement accuracy. Calibration procedures conform to ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and maintain NIST traceability, delivering the documented accuracy and regulatory confidence that pharmaceutical validation demands.
