1. Q: Do the BlueTag TH10 and BlueTagTH30 devices store information in memory in case of a connection loss?

A: Yes, BlueTag TH10 and BlueTag TH30 devices will store information in memory in case of a connection loss;

2. Q: What is the battery life of the sensors?

A: Normally We have different battery solutions from half a year to three years working life, please advise the battery life you need, we shall forward you right option.

3.How to just simply turn off the display on BlueTag TH30B/R temperature and humidity logger ?

BlueTag TH30B/R temperature and humidity data logger is designed not be able to be power off manually. The client can stop recording by using the mobile App-- Tkeeper.

In addition,out of recording status, the data logger has very low power consumption, no need to worry about its battery power. 

4. Q: When external probes are connected does the device still measure & record from its internal sensors? 

A: Yes. the BlueTag TH30B/R will record the data of both internal and external sensors.

5. Q: In the brochure Tkeeper App is mentioned that can be used to configure the device as well as retrieve & visualize the data.Is it also possible to retrieve the raw data (for example, as CSV), so that I can process & visualize it myself? 

A: Yes, the App can export the data report in CSV or PDF format.

6. Q: Application Scenarios of BlueTag TH20 Q&A

A: The BlueTag TH20 can be used to record the temperature and humidity changes in vegetable grower with nursery room, green house , Restaurant and so on.
