Fresh Tracker 20 real-time data logger is designed for medical transportation, especially vaccine transport boxes, thermal boxes and incubators, etc. It monitors temperature, humidity, geolocation, illumination and shock data and transfers data to Freshliance Cloud, enabling users to remotely check both real-time and historical data via the mobile APP and cloud platform, with automated data processing and real-time alerts.

Fresh Tracker 20 4G real-time data logger is 89mm*59mm*21mm in dimensions. The slim and compact design allows it to be easily placed or embedded in small thermal boxes and containers, etc., maximizing cargo space and reducing transport costs. And flexible ultra thin cable is optional for the external probe, significantly ensuring the sealing performance and structural integrity of the packaging.
Cloud-based real-time data tracking, with API service optional
All monitoring data are automatically transferred to Freshliance Cloud and accessible via the mobile APP and cloud platform in real time. Users can sign up and sign in to easily check and manage multiple loggers on a single account, including automated data graphing, analysis and processing, as well as data export, etc. During offline mode, monitoring data will be cached on the loggers and reuploaded to the cloud once the network is restored.
Additionally, we provide API service to allow users to seamlessly stream the data to their own management and tracking systems.
Remote SMS, email and APP push alerts
With this transport real-time data logger, medical supplies are strictly controlled within proper environmental conditions, and remote alarm notifications will be instantly sent to the logistics administrators via SMS, email and APP push, informing them of potential risks and take preventive measures. Geolocation mapping

And the travel route can be replayed, helping you optimizing routes and improving efficiency. The end-to-end traceability is critical for route optimization and cold chain validation.
Connect to the dedicated Bluetooth printer for on-site audit report
In addition to cloud-based data export via the mobile APP and cloud platform, the real-time data tracker can also be connected to our dedicated Bluetooth printer to print a report. The Bluetooth printing requires no computer, mobile phone or internet connection and allows the consignees or clinic staff to visually confirm the condition of their vaccines, pharmaceuticals and other sensitive products within seconds, simplifying workflow and improving logistics efficiency. And the printed report is crucial for meeting regulatory requirements that may mandate physical documentation for audits.
