1. Q: Can the Gateway transmit data to customer`s server? 

A: Yes, the Gateway could transmit data to customer`s server, for this solution will need APP first for configuration the WiFi information and add data loggers.

2. Q: How long does the cloud store these records?

A: The data will be stored in Cloud free for two years, after two years the clients could pay for the records storage if need.

3. Q: By downloading the mobile app, and using the cloud platform, is it free? Or is there a fee for using the cloud platform and mobile app?

A: Download the mobile is free, using the mobile app is free, too.  Using our cloud platform is free within 2 years, after then the client need to charge for each unit device.
