1. Q: Can customer manage this Gateway remotely?

A: Yes, When you add the gateway, you need have the gateway nearby to add WIFI information and data loggers; After connection, the customer can manage the gateway remotely.

2. Q: What transmission frequency can customer configure on them?

A: You could make configuration by yourself for different transmission frequency when you add the data logger to WIFI Gateway, also tell us your special request if you have, we shall try to forward you solutions in time.

3. Q: How many data loggers can a WIFI/4G gateway connect?

A: Generally we recommend 20 bluetooth data loggers now, but if you need more, please consult us.

4. Q: Some of our clients prefer Ethernet over WIFI. Is there a Gateway model with Ethernet?

A: Yes, we have the new gateway named as G1000-S will be available with Ethernet, 4G and WIFI.

5. Q: If the Gateway G1000-S is without internet for a few hours, will the customer receive the historical sensor reading data once the connection is restored?

A: Yes, the customer will receive information in case of WIFI gateway restored connection.
