4G Real-time Data Logger for Smart Environmental Monitoring in Grain Storage

Grain storage are highly sensitive to environmental conditions, such as temperature, humidity and CO2. For instance, over humidity causes grains to get damp and moldy, and even develop pests. To ensure safety and quality of grain storage, a smart environmental monitoring system would be preferred. This is where our GSP100-4G real-time data logger comes in.

GSP100-4G real-time data logger is suitable for smart environmental monitoring of grain storage, with real-time alerts. This IoT real-time alert logger features flexible monitoring channels, including built-in illumination sensor, and optionally two external probes for temperature, humidity, CO2, etc., and transfers data automatically to Freshliance Cloud via 4G connection. Both mobile APP and cloud platform are provided for remote online tracking.

It is easy to use. In practice, grain workers can insert the required probes into the main device, configure logging settings as required by grains, and automatically get data trends and statistics on a mobile phone and a computer at any time and anywhere. To meet diversified installation requirement, the logger has a wall bracket to enable grain workers to fix the main device flexibly by screw fixing, magnetic suction and wall mounting.

All data are automatically analyzed and processed. If any data excursion, grain workers will be remotely notified via short messages, emails, and APP pushes, requiring no site visit. The smart environmental monitoring system also allows grain workers to define the alarm notification cycle, ensuring they receive timely updates while minimizing unnecessary interruptions during periods when the warehouse is manned or alerts are not critical.
