IoT Environmental Monitoring for Maize Storage Houses
IoT environmental temperature and humidity monitoring are crucial for maize storage. Improper environment is highly likely to cause mold growth, pest infestation and deterioration in quality. Maize storage houses are commonly controlled at ≤25°C and ≤ 65% - 70%. To realize automatic data monitoring and tracking, we recommend our COEUS-4G IoT real-time data logger.
COEUS-4G IoT real-time data logger is engineered with one built-in sensor and up to two external probes optional. The external probe cables are 2m long in standard and customizable. With a PE protective shield recommended, warehouse staffs can directly place the external probes into the pile.
COEUS-4G real-time temperature humidity data logger enables automatic seamless data transfer to Freshliance Cloud via the built-in 4G network. The Cloud-based data are remotely accessible online via our mobile APP and cloud platform, not requiring warehouse staffs to come to the site for data review.
Both the mobile APP and cloud platform allow the warehouse staffs to easily verify data of different loggers from different warehouses, and role-based multi-level administration access is optional to grant different permissions to different account users and thus ensuring data security.
The warehouse staffs will also be instantly notified via email, SMS and APP push if temperature or humidity data exceed the preset alarm thresholds. And scheduled reports will also be emailed based on preset time frame, automatically streaming audit report to the warehouse staffs, without login.
