Real-time Environmental Monitoring for Large Industrial Facilities
Large industrial plants with vast workshops, thick partition walls, and complex machinery layouts always struggle with weak wireless signals and frequent device downtime in traditional environmental monitoring. For stable, long-term real-time environmental monitoring across massive industrial sites, the combined solution of Freshliance GAEA series Gateway G2000 and LoRa Tag LT200 LoRa wireless data loggers delivers highly practical user-oriented advantages.
As a professional LoRa temperature sensor, LoRa Tag LT200 LoRa wireless data logger monitors temperature, humidity and gases like CO2 and O2, and stands out with exceptional signal penetration capability. Unlike ordinary wireless devices that fail to pass through factory walls and equipment barriers, its robust LoRa signal easily covers large-scale, structurally complicated workshops. It eliminates blind monitoring spots and avoids frequent offline disconnection, ensuring continuous and reliable environmental data collection all day long. More importantly, powered by a 4000mAh/8000mAh lithium battery, this LoRa wireless data sensor supports stable operation of up to one or two years at upload interval of 5 minutes, without frequent shutdowns or routine maintenance, enabling round-the-clock unattended monitoring for industrial environments and greatly cutting users’ daily maintenance workload.
Designed to collect data from LoRa Tag LT200 LoRa wireless data logger and transfer data to cloud, G2000 gateway connects with up to 50 pieces of the LoRa wireless data sensors over the LoRa network at a distance of up to 400 meters in open air. The G2000 gateway automatically collects all sensor data at configurable interval and then transfers the data to cloud via 4G/WiFi/LAN. Finally, plant managers access and export real-time and history records via mobile phones and computers, and receive remote email, SMS, and APP push alerts once readings go out of limits. This real-time monitoring system also allows users to set up scheduled email reports and multi-level access management, delivering greater visibility, enhanced security, and more efficient data management.
Consistent real-time data recording helps factories achieve standardized environmental supervision, avoiding data missing risks and meeting daily industrial management compliance requirements. This real-time environmental monitoring system can also be widely used in supermarkets, hospitals and laboratories.
